Wrangle is a management tool that helps companies to map and automate the work of their employees. Created by Wranglesoft, a North Carolina-based remote corporation, Wrangle successfully integrates with different business messaging apps like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Such effective collaborations offer companies many cool perks and allow them to fix broken processes within the chat platform. 

When using Wrangle, you can easily ask for approvals, assign tasks, and track specific requests. It also keeps team members aligned by providing real-time notifications, a transparent dashboard, and the ability to search open and closed tickets. In a nutshell, Wrangle is your personal assistant in removing communication barriers and having a fun and efficient working process.

The client asked our team to create the same elegant typography, layout, and color palette as their primary competitor. However, we wanted Wrangle to be unique and stand out from others, so our designers suggested taking all similar management platforms just as references. With the client’s approval, we considered tasty details of the main competitors and paid particular attention to the client’s existing logo. Keeping these elements in mind, our team added extra features to match the explosive Wrangle temper and came up with a meaningful and charming concept.

For the project, our team created a structured website with bright details, custom illustrations, and animations. We chose a deep violet hue as the main accent to perfectly match the logo’s color theme. Here, our goal was to show the client’s audience that even “serious” business management tools could have cool functionality and entertaining details. To allow users quickly connect to the Wrangle, we placed a bright violet “Add to Slack” CTA button, achieving a spicy contrast with a sky-blue backdrop.

Our team embraced the challenge of working on the Wrangle case and found it to be both enjoyable and rewarding. Having considered all project goals, we made a complete redesign for website pages with tonnes of cool animations, hovers, and illustrations, preserving the concept of Octopus smart multitasking. Through these digital tricks and Webflow beneficial traits, our experts created a memorable and lovely website, presenting a new violet identity for the Wrangle platform.

Since its launch in February 2021, Wrangle has been utilized by over 800 organizations and has completed more than 10,000 workflows. In January 2022, they were featured in The Saas News for their impressive pre-seed funding round, which was surprisingly oversubscribed.

The company achieved such great results as Wrangle is a highly relevant and widely used tool — it recurs workflows in various niches, like Procurement, HR, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance departments. No wonder the hard work of Wranglesoft has paid off and attracted lots of investors.
